SEX EDUCATION FOR ALL
The Human Project creates inclusive, relevant comprehensive sexuality edutainment (CSE) content for public health companies, NGOs and educational institutions. With our sister company Turbulence Studios, we turn difficult topics into digestible nuggets that young people can relate to and understand.
One of our key projects is AMAZE, a digital media initiative to provide sexual health information and resources to children, adolescents, parents and educators. All the AMAZE resources are available for free and can be used on websites, in classrooms or at health clinics.
In addition, AMAZE Jnr was created to guide small children (4-9 years old) as they start grappling with their bodies and sexuality. Then there is AMAZE Parents Africa, a platform that gives parents valuable tools to start these sensitive conversations with their children as well as share their experiences with other parents or caregivers.
The Human Project handles the eastern and southern region of AMAZE’s global CSE brand, working with our technical partner, the United Nations Population Fund, or UNFPA. Though focusing on South Africa, the content is also distributed to other African countries.
We work with Advocates for Youth to produce AMAZE, which was founded and funded by the Westwind Foundation. This partnership between donor-driven sexual and reproductive health organisations and edutainment specialists like us is a great example of what can be achieved in this field. Let us help you too!
